While you'll know by now that I am passionate about the use of technology to engage learners in creative processes, I'm also passionate about showing children the immense pleasure of storytelling.
There is nothing better than getting lost in a story, whether it is formed in the written word or on film.
Stories help pupils to understand the world around them, understand their own feelings and help them understand their own experiences. They also offer creative opportunities. Inspired by Apple Education's Creativity for Kids, I wanted to develop engaging activities to improve skills in drawing, photography, music and video, while still encouraging a deeper understanding of the stories themselves.
So for World Book Day, and beyond, I developed a number of interactive resources.
